Application – Refers to any game or software program developed by the Company, including but not limited to Drone Delivery, Spin To Win, Suspect Chase, Speed Sort, and any future Roman Edition games.

Device – Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cell phone, or digital tablet.

Personal Data – Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service – Refers to the Application(s), the Website, or both.

Usage Data – Data collected automatically from the use of the Service or the Service infrastructure itself, such as gameplay statistics and device identifiers.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

We collect minimal Personal Data. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or contact us through our website, we may collect:

Our games do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play.

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

When you purchase our games through the Apple App Store, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle your data.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our website contact and newsletter forms to protect against spam and automated abuse. When you submit a form, Turnstile may collect your IP address and browser or device signals to verify you are a human visitor. This data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store the signals collected by Turnstile.

Google Fonts

Our website loads fonts from Google's servers. Google may collect your IP address as part of this request. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Google AdMob (Spin to Win)

Spin to Win displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, Google's mobile advertising service. Our other games do not contain third-party advertising.

When you play Spin to Win, Google AdMob may collect and process the following information to serve ads and measure their performance:

• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android)
• IP address and approximate (city-level) location
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Ad interaction data (which ads were shown, whether they were tapped)

Google may use this information to show personalized ads, unless you opt out (see "Your Ad Choices" below). Google acts as an independent controller of this data. Your Ad Choices

You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier at any time:

• iOS: When you first launch Spin to Win, iOS will show an App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether to allow tracking. You can change this any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also limit personalized Apple ads under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Android: Open Settings → Google → Ads to delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
• All devices: You can manage Google's use of your data for ads at My Ad Center.

Opting out of personalized advertising does not stop ads from being shown — you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.

Information Sharing

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties except in the following limited situations:

• For Business Transfers – In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales
• Legal Requirements – If required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• With Your Consent – For any other purpose with your explicit permission

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations:

• Email addresses from newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe

• Game progress and statistics are stored locally on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the game

• Do not include social features, chat, or communication with other players

A note about Spin to Win: Spin to Win is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed at children under 13. It contains ads served by Google AdMob (see "Google AdMob (Spin to Win)" above). If you are a parent or guardian and prefer that your child play ad-free, our other Roman Edition games do not display third-party advertising.

If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with Personal Data through our website, please contact us immediately, and we will delete that information promptly.

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to protect your information against unauthorized access and misuse.
